Components of JAFeTS NOW

Fundamentally, JAFeTS NOW consists of five main components:

1. Trader Interface

   • A screen where traders can enter, modify, and cancel orders.
   • Provides an overview of the overall market situation.

2. Trade Information

   • Publishes trading data to vendors and external parties.

3. Administrator Interface

   • Used by exchange member administrators to set parameters governing JAFeTS NOW operations.
   • Configurable parameters include contract types, price limits, trader screen user IDs and passwords, and trading sessions.

4. Surveillance Application

   • A tool for exchange surveillance officers to monitor market activities.

5. Clearing Interface

   • Facilitates electronic transmission of trade data to the clearing house.

6. Data Vendor Interface

   • Enables electronic transmission of trade data to data vendors.

7. Interface for BAPPEBTI

   • Allows electronic submission of trading data to BAPPEBTI.
